We collect your email address and name when you sign up via email, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In.

Usage Data

We collect data about how you interact with the app, including podcasts listened to, AI questions asked, and feature interactions.

Subscription Data

Subscription purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We never store your payment card details.

Audio Data

Audio is processed in real time for speech recognition via Deepgram and LiveKit. Raw audio is not stored.

Manage your account and subscriptions.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage.

We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your data — use the Export Data feature in the app.
Delete your account and all data — use the Delete Account feature in the app.
Update your profile information at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
